Shape the music around arrivals, conversation, a formal program, and celebration. A useful brief includes the audience, run of show, venue access, and any announcements or presentation audio to discuss.
Private parties and milestone celebrations
Build a soundtrack for birthdays, anniversaries, reunions, and other reasons to bring people together. Tell us about the occasion, your guests, key moments, and musical direction.
Scope comes before assumptions
Performance coverage, rental equipment, MC responsibilities, ceremony or speech audio, lighting, travel, overtime, and pricing vary by event. Discuss what you need, then rely on the written quote and agreement. A signed agreement and 30% retainer reserve the date; an inquiry does not.
